Claims

If the product you received is faulty or damaged, you should make a claim.

Important:

It's very important that you keep the original packaging. If you don’t, it's possible that you won’t be able to pursue a claim against the shipper. The product may not be transported by anyone other than one of our approved shipping companies.

Please do not dispose of the damaged/defective/incorrect product/products before we explicitly give instructions to do so, in case the supplier requires for them to be sent back for inspection. If this is the case, customer service will provide more detailed instructions for the return process.

When you placed your order, you received a link that allows you to follow the status of your order. You can also use the link to open a claim – just click on ‘Claim’ at the bottom of the status page and follow the instructions.

Our helpful Customer Service team will process the claim and contact you as quickly as possible; usually within a few business days.

Please don’t send us the faulty or damaged product unless we ask you to.

Note: Incompatible plug is not a valid claim cause if a plug adapter was sent.
