LED Panels

An LED panel ensures a beautiful light that turns on immediately and spreads evenly throughout the room. On top of that, it’s also more sustainable. LED panels have different dimensions, including widths, heights, and lengths, so there’s bound to be an LED panel that fits your décor and lighting needs. LED panels can be mounted in and on the ceiling, where the lovely LED light creates the impression of a skylight. LED panels can be placed in all types of rooms and styles of décor, but as they’re quite flat, they’re best suited for rooms with low ceilings. The perfect LED panel

On top of considering the different dimension of the LED panel when choosing the best fit, you also need to think about the Lumen, which tell you how bright the panels are. The brighter the light, the higher the Lumen. It’s worth considering which room you want to light up and how strong you want the light to be to ensure that you find the perfect panel for you. You also need to think about how often you’ll use the light, so you can choose a panel with a fitting lifespan.

LED panels and colour temperature

The colour temperature of an LED light is measured in Kelvin, and the scale goes from 0 to 10,000. The lower the number, the warmer the light, and vice versa. A cold white light generally has around 4,000 Kelvin, and this is perfect for shops or, more specifically, shop windows, as the cold colour is perfect for showing your products in their best light. The warm white light at around 3,000 Kelvin is better for homes and offices, where it creates a cosy, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere.

Dimming

If you want a dimmable LED panel, you need to look at the specifications to see if the panel you’re looking at offers that feature. Having a dimmable panel at home can be great as it allows you to create the perfect atmosphere and follow the cycle of the natural light outside. It can also be a good idea to have dimmable LED panels at the office, so you can adjust the brightness to suit different tasks, toggling between a focused and a relaxing light.
