NORDIC LIVING Lamps

NORDIC LIVING is a sub-brand of the popular Light-Point. Their designs are based on the concept of iconic products with a Nordic expression. The brand was launched in 2019, in connection with the relaunch of the iconic architect lamp. The lamp was originally designed in 1937 by Jac Jacobsen and named the JJ. Lamp.

In connection with the relaunch, the lamps have been renamed Archi. ’Archi’ is the prefix for ‘leading’ or ‘controlling’. A prefix describes the word that follows – and in this context, it describes the flexible properties of the lamps that allow you to ‘control’ the direction of light.

The classic architect lamp has experienced a surge in popularity in the context of modern design. It is incredibly functional, fulfilling the desire to bring better and more practical light into the home.
