When you have chosen the products you want and put them in your shopping basket you will be asked to provide personal information including your name, address and payment information. Once you have done that and placed your order we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. Please note that this is not your final order confirmation.
You will also receive a unique link that allows you to check on the status of your order, including estimated delivery dates.
When your payment is approved and your order has been registered in our warehouse you will receive a final email confirmation including a personal tracking number that you can use to trace your order as well a final invoice. Lampermesteren.com will not charge you for your order until it leaves our warehouse.
